Always great sandwiches ! Pricey, but worth it for sure. Always go there when I go to boyertown!
Great Italian sandwich! In business since 1951...
Absolutely amazing. Good food. Good people. Good evening.
I have been enjoying these guys since the 70s. Always good food.
Been going here for years. They make some of the best hoagies and steak sandwiches.
Local family owned sandwich shop that's been in business since 1951. Delicious food, large portions, and good prices. One of Boyertown's local treasures!
Great place to go and sit down to eat. People are very nice and happy to serve you.
Nice, family owned shop. Great sandwiches all around - can't go wrong with the pepper ham or Italian steak (which has an awesome sauce). A Boyertown staple.
Favorite sandwich to go to always my number one choice when it comes to sandwiches
At the risk of sounding a bit dramatic, I am heartbroken to hear that this Boyertown establishment has closed. My mom grew up in the area and is a BAHS grad. I’ve visited frequently in all of my 45 years on this earth. Talarico’s was always number 1 on my list of places I HAD TO visit when in town from Cleveland. I wish I’d known this was coming. I say this with 100% seriousness, I would’ve dropped everything to be there to enjoy my large Italian Ham with sweet peppers one last time. A small part of me has died with this news. Thank you for your dedicated 60 years to the Boyertown community. You will surely be missed.
Great original steak sandwich stop! Can’t go wrong!
Always tasty! The team at Talarico's are always helpful and friendly. Best tuna hoagies anywhere.
Very good steak sandwich. Service was very friendly. Well worth a stop.
Great food and good people
Been coming to Talarico’s since the early 50’s. I remember when Pop was still running things and Ralph was a young man.Still the best hoagies you can find anywhere.
Food is fantastic and filling but it takes 5 years to recieve your food
Talarico's is a great sandwich shop. Their cheese steaks are amazing. On Fridays they serve tuna salad, my wife says it is the best, better than her own. They take a lot of pride in their product, and you can taste it in every bite. Sandwiches are filled past the brim. Thanks for all your hard work!
Best sandwich place in Boyertown.
Amazing food, great staff
Best sandwhiches around great staff family run business. This is now run by third and fourth generation of the family and quite honestly nothing has changed they sandwiches are very full of meat no matter what sandwich you get. Great friendly staff and a Boyertown Icon
Best steak in Boyertown!
I've been going here for over 10 years. They have the best chicken cheesesteaks at a good price. Their other sandwiches are also quite good. They offer a lot for high school students on lunch and are very friendly people.
Hands down THE BEST sandwich you're going to find! Everything is super fresh and the portions are massive!
Good sandwiches.
Having lived in the area for 20 years, I only recently was introduced to this little gem. It's a great local family operation with good burgers at a great price.
The best sandwiches i ever had before. The only place i would go and finish my food.
They have great sandwiches. I always get the meatball sub. My family loves the Italian burger and hoagies.
Best sandwhiches around town!
My parents knew Ralph and my whole family been going to talericos for over 70 years. I am retired Navy been all over. These are the best sandwiches especially steak and hoagies better then Philly and New Jersey. The atmosphere is outstanding. On the wall are photos of people that have come back home to Taliricos from all 50 states and Europe and Canada. Ralph's grandson has taken over he is outstanding like Ralph and such a gentleman. They also special wrap the hoagies and steak sandwiches for your return back to your state. They are the greatest Boyertown blessed to have such a great historical Italian restaurant in their town .
Had a cold roast beef and a meatball sandwich. Both were pretty awful. Cheap cheese, weird-tasting bread, terrible beef. I'd've given them two stars because the peanut butter cake is only slightly below average, but the guy behind the counter acted as if my business was a bother to him. Terrible all around.
The pepper ham cheese stake is the bomb yummy
Excellent as always, cheesesteak and Italian both equally good. $6 sandwich easily feeds two. Make sure to get their signature sweet peppers on whatever you get.
Love 'em. Anytime I want a good sandwich I head to Talarico's.
Still great subs after all these years. And love all the pics on the wall
Excellent food and service every time
Excellent sandwiches, been around since 1951, enough said
Best subs in the area. Everything is great with my favorites being the cheese steak and meatball sub.
Great place in the area to sit and have lunch. Great sandwiches!
The best Steak Sandwich in the area hands down! The most meat you've ever seen!
I always liked this place.
Very old establishment that is still worth going to. Delicious food. Hometown atmosphere. Always feel welcome.
Unbelievable cheesesteak. Monstrous, full of steak meat, mmmm. The roll was fresh and the don’t skimp on the toppings. Loved my steak with mushrooms, raw onions and provolone cheese. Friendly and kind staff. Stop in when your in town. Exceptional food.
Only steak I eat with sauce awesome
I remember when Ralph and Shelley and there son Michael were running the store my Family would always enjoy the atmosphere and great food. Sadly I think they have changed management/ownership because the atmosphere seems to be less family oriented and more focused on getting the next dollar... this is very evident in the portions as they are much smaller and that warming like family feeling is gone when entering...
Always great.
Came from Delco with a rather high bar for hoagies and steaks. This place exceeded my expectations. Very friendly, great sandwiches. I won't get a hoagie anywhere else up here.
Stay for the homemade Carrot Cake. Find a reason to go Boyertown and when you are there go to Talarico’s Sandwich shop. Soft Rolls, according to Kyle 4th generation proprietor, it is an Amish thing. I will be researching that next week at Farmers market. Anyway I am a soft roll fan because they are soft and hold up under a lot of sauce. I got my cheesesteak with the Talarico made special sauce, a red sauce, very flavorful. Carole got the pepper ham sandwich. It was amazing and Kyle discloses the origin of the Pepper Ham sandwich in my video my YouTube channel, Philadelphia Cheesesteak adventure. Videos for all 270 cheesesteaks that I’ve eaten are there. Homemade carrot cake was amazing. PS $23, 2 (amazing) sandwiches, 2 (small) bags of chips, 1 24oz (Kutztown) soda and big piece of carrot cake.
Haven't been there in years, went today and got a large roast beef hoagie and it was so fatty my husband took a couple bites and threw it out. Obviously we were very disappointed!
Best steak sandwiches around
